• You are a registered voter in the State of Utah.
• You meet the residency requirements of Section 20A-2-105.
• You verify that no person has paid nor given you anything of value to sign these petitions.
• You agree to Voluntarily participate in the Electronic signature process governed by Utah Code section 46 Chapter 4 (Uniform Electronic Transaction Act) UETA.
• As with a paper petition you agree to only enter your information and then electronically sign your own name.
  
• You understand this is a legal process and criminal penalties apply for any intended fraud.
